All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Any changes or cancellations must be communicated in writing and are subject to our cancellation policy. - Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 days prior to the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 3-7 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure. - Changes to Itinerary

While we ensure a safe travel experience, we are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the tours. Travelers are encouraged to have travel insurance. - Travel Documents
Guests are responsible for carrying valid identification, visas, and other necessary travel documents. We are not liable for denied entry due to improper documentation. - Health & Safety
Participants are required to disclose any medical conditions that might affect their ability to participate in activities. We reserve the right to refuse participation for health or safety reasons. - Code of Conduct
All guests are expected to respect local customs, guides, and fellow travelers. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund. - Age Restrictions

All prices are in local currency and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments must be made via approved payment methods prior to tour commencement. - Force Majeure
